Thanks for sharing the feedback about your QuickZip and the zipper flap not laying flat. We had some suggestions for you to try!
Please make sure you are drying the zip sheet in a low heat, tumble dry cycle. Try taking the sheet out when it is almost dry and then immediately make your bed, the flap should lay better.
